We are busy preserving our bounty. Making pickles, sauerkraut and apple juice.
 

Time to clean up the flower beds, repair the drainage ditches, cover over the salad patches.

Soon we'll be sitting down with a seed catalogue in hand, plotting out strategy for next year.
